What we built
• A modular prototype frame and component layout designed for quick service and replacement.

• A solar-ready power chain (panel → controller → battery) for off-grid operation.
Functional Testing (What we tested / learned)
• Threshold tuning is soil-specific : moisture targets must be calibrated per soil and crop to avoid dry/wet spots.
• Reliability is built-in, not assumed : enclosure, wiring, and waterproofing determine field stability.
We are preparing on-site installation to validate performance under real constraints (infrastructure, energy, maintenance). Findings will refine threshold settings, installation workflow, and reliability before wider deployment.
